How Luxe Memberships Work
To start your journey at Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville, you’ll first select one of our specially curated membership levels: LUXE Skin Health Membership ($129.00 monthly) or LUXE Beauty Bank Membership ($249.00 monthly). You’ll be charged once per month based on the membership you choose, plus any additional service and product costs at the time of purchase.
The cost of your membership will convert to credit that can be applied towards services and products, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of both memberships throughout the year. You can use your membership credits any time during the term of your membership and take advantage of special member savings year-round.
Membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A minimum commitment of 90 days is required, and a 30-day notice is needed for cancellation. A one time processing fee of $50 to initiate membership. Click here for full terms and conditions.

As a Luxe Beauty Bank Member, Cristal receives 50 units of Botox every three months at a reduced rate of $10.80 per unit, totaling $540. She can purchase those same ZO Skin Health products with a 10% discount, saving $27.50, making the total for those products $247.50. With her Luxe Beauty Bank Membership, Cristal is charged $249 per month and applies all of that toward her products and services. After using her membership credits, Cristal’s out-of-pocket payment every three months is only $40.50 plus applicable sales tax.
In summary, Sarah pays $875 as a non-member, while Cristal, as a member, pays just $40.50, resulting in a total savings of $834.50 (plus applicable sales tax). -
Yes, there is a 90-day commitment for our membership programs. If you choose to cancel, we ask for a 30-day written notice. After your membership is terminated, you will have 90 days to use any remaining membership credits on your account.

Terms & Conditions
Membership benefits are available to active members in good standing during the term of their membership only. If your membership ends, terminates, or is otherwise not in good standing, you will be prohibited from using any such benefits.
Membership Credits – The Luxe Skin Health Membership is $129 per month and the Luxe Beauty Bank Membership is $249 per month.
A monthly payment is charged via EFT (electronic funds transfer) beginning 30 days from the day you sign up and continues monthly on your anniversary date until termination. Each month an EFT is charged to your account you receive a credit under your account. This credit is available for you to redeem for a treatment or for retail based upon scheduling and availability.
Cancellation requires 30 days prior written notice any time after your first monthly payment. There is a 90-day minimum membership commitment. If you desire to terminate before your forth monthly payment is drawn, you will be required to pay the forth month, and then your membership will terminate 30 days therefrom. To terminate your membership, you must give written notice to Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville in writing and receive written confirmation of such termination in order for such notice to take effect. Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville receives the right to terminate any membership for any reason at any time without notice or refund.
Additional Purchases – Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services and products for their personal use at the discounted rates given within their membership level. Discounted services may not be scheduled or transferred to any one else for any reason at any time.
Rollover Privileges – Members may rollover any unused credits to the following month. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member credits expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership. Additionally, these credits may not be refunded, withdrawn or transferred.
Retail Discounts – A 10% discount is given to all members on skincare / retail product purchases while membership is active. current and only during the Term of your membership.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
It is the Member’s responsibility to notify Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville about any changes in address, contact information, bank wire information and/or credit card information. If your payment method declines, your membership benefits shall cease after 2 attempts to collect payment has failed.
Guests must follow spa directives, rules, regulations and policies, as amended from time to time. Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services or membership benefits for any reason.
Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, policies, regulations, services, membership benefits and pricing with reasonable notice.
LUXE Aesthetics Jacksonville Booking Policies:
Cancelation Policy: We have a 24-hour policy for late cancellations. Cancel notifications given less than 24 hours prior will result in a non-refundable fee of $50.
Late Policy: Our late policy is a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule and will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $50.
No Show Policy: No showing to any appointment with result in a non-refundable fee of $100.
Communication Policy: Please only call or email us to inquire about scheduling, re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. Sending a message through social media outlets is not considered an appropriate form of scheduling, re-scheduling or canceling.
Age requirements for receiving services at Luxe Aesthetics Jacksonville are as follows:
Dermal Filler: Must be 21 years or older to receive filler treatments.
Botox or Dysport: Must be 18 years or older to receive Botox or Dysport treatment.
